Returns & Exchanges

Due to limited available quantities, all sales are final except for damaged goods. We offer exchanges for US customers only. For damaged goods, we offer a return or exchange for all customers.

If your item is damaged upon delivery, you must request an exchange within 14 days from the date your order is received.

Once your damaged exchange has been created, you will receive a pre-paid return shipping label via email and you may drop your package at any Fedex location.

We only accept returns of damaged items purchased from dovecameron.com.

Items must be unused and in their original condition.

 

Refunds for Damaged Goods

For Damaged Goods only. Once your damaged product return is received and inspected, we will notify you if your return is accepted or declined. 

If your return is accepted, your exchange will be processed.

 

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are non-refundable.
